Please note that you need a fast, permanent Internet connection with at least 1 Mbps (2 Mbps recommended) of consistent upload/download speed. If you don’t think your signal is strong enough, try moving your router closer to the security camera or purchasing a Wi-Fi extender.
You can test your connection by installing a speedtest app (Android or iOS) and running the test from where the camera will be installed in your home.
